This is a great add-on for sushi, and very easy to make also for vegans!
Ingredients
½ a jar of vegan mayo (=about 250 ml)
2 canned chipotles (look for canned chipotles in adobo sauce)
Instructions
Simply blend everything in a food processor. You can add more chipotles to make it more spicy, but this is the level you typically get in a restaurant.
Notes
Here the serving size is for 2-3 rolls of sushi.
