Ingredients
  • 4 cups oat meal
  • 1 cups of assorted nuts & seeds
  • ⅓ cup raw agave syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ⅛ cup coconut milk
  • ⅙ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup of assorted dried fruits
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Mix everything well in a large bowl
  2. Put on a tray (covered with wax paper) and flatten to about ¼-1/2" thickness
  3. Bake for about 30 minutes in 350 Fahrenheit.
Notes
One can add cinnamon or vanilla extract to boost the flavor.
